I think it's great that the Fever have tapped Excel, the Firm that Represents Caitlin Clark to find The Fever's new GM. Then I remembered these are the same people who got the biggest sports phenom of this century an 8-year $28 million deal with NIKE. For reference Lebron James signed a 7-year $90 million deal with NIKE in 2003. Sha'Carri Richardson signed a 5-year $20 million Deal in 2023. Excel has a horrible track record representing Caitlin Clark's interest. I am not optimistic. Plus Caitlin is naive and a Horrible judge of character. https://x.com/YahooSports/status/2115529975876989414?a=ZZm2sedEFRuso9to8sc&s=20
